Gurbet Altay, who graduated from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Faculty of Engineering and originally from Zonguldak, has worked in various positions in the retail sector for many years, respectively as advertising and public relations manager, administrative affairs manager, corporate sales manager, purchasing manager and board representative, and started to work as a Trainer and Consultant in March 2009 in order to provide more services. In his studies, he provides trainings especially on “personnel management”.<\/span><\/p>\nHe has worked as a management consultant and coordinator as well as a leader in social projects. Altay, who works with the principle of “Education starts in the heart”, has given and still continues to give trainings on entering the hearts of both customers and employees in this regard that the loyalty of employees will bring customer loyalty, employees’ self-improvement will bring personal and institutional success and thus ensure the continuity of companies.
